Una Domenica di Freeride!

Il maltempo di questa settimana ha influenzato profondamente il programma che era previsto per domenica ma comunque ci ha permesso di passare alcune ore di discesa e divertimento all'aria aperta e finalemente sotto un po' di sole.
Già salendo verso il Col del Lys ci siamo resi conto che la quota neve non permetteva di partire dalla punte del monte Arpone come previsto ma abbiamo dovuto optare per un nuovo percorso partendo da "Madanno della Bassa". Lasciata l'auto all'inizio dello sterrato che porta al santuario ci siamo resi conto subito che il trasferimento fino ad esso avrebbe comportato alcune difficoltà. A causa del vento e di alcuni piccoli smottamenti la strada era bloccata da alberi caduti in diversi punti che ne impedivano il passaggio regolare. Dopo aver scavalcato decine e decine di alberi siamo giunti al santuario dove, indossate le adeguate protezioni, abbiamo cominciato la nostra discesa. Il primo tratto è stato effettuato sulla pista taglia fuoco, che fortunatamente su questo versante era libera da alberi e quindi ci ha permesso di raggiungere agevolmente e senza problemi l'inizio del sentiero delle guardie. Seguendo questo sentiero, con qualche divagazione in puro stile Freeride siamo giunti sino ad un frazione sopra ad Almese, da dove tramite un piccolo trasferimento pianeggiante siamo andati a prendere la seconda parte del nostro percorso che costreggiando l'orrido ci ha portati sino ad Almese. Fortunatamente il tempo ha retto per tutto il tempo della discesa, anche se come raccontato sono ben evidenti i segni delle piogge passate, anche i sentieri risultano parecchio scavati e con molte nuove pietre sporgenti.

The weather this week has deeply influenced the program that was planned for Sunday but has allowed us to spend a few hours of fun and down to the open air and finally in a po 'di sole. Following this path, with some variations with pure Freeride style we have come up to a fraction above Almese from where the transfer through a small flat we went to take the second part of our journey that costreggiando the ravine led us up to Almese. Fortunately time has persisted for the entire time of the descent, even if told well as visible signs of past rains, the trails are dug out and a lot with many new stones protruding.
