Slopestyle photocontest 2009

Venerdi 29/05, ore 14, esco dal lavoro, carico la bici in macchina e partiamo con Jack (Bisi) a trovare Teo (Matteo Ganora) e Alo (Alessandro Belluscio), la crew in partenza da Torino per questa prima edizione dello slopestyle photocontest del Pistino (http://www.slopestylephotocontest.com)... Dopo 6 centinaia di Km , 6 litri di birra e un po più di 6 ore di macchina arriviamo finalmente al pistino, già di notte sembra molto promettente... Dopo un'altro paio di birre al chioschetto del park si va a riposare e a riprendere forze per il contest del sabato!Nonostante le previsioni poco rassicuranti, il tempo ha retto fino alla fine delle premiazioni, contribuendo così, insieme all'organizzazione perfetta dei locals, al successone di questo contest del formato finora inedito in Italia (per lo meno nel mondo della bici!).Il Pistino ha soddisfatto tutti con le sue mille linee, tutte diverse l'une dall'altra e sfruttabile da qualunque tipo di rider. Dal freerider avido di dropponi al dirter puro...Dopo un pomeriggio di riding intenso arrivano le premiazioni. L'hold up della crew di Torino sbanca il contest portandosi a casa il primo (Alo) ed il secondo (Teo) posto tra i fotografi, inoltre il sottoscritto porta a casa il primo premio tra i rider!! Best trick MTB e BMX per i locals Simone Piceno e Fabio d'Alessandro. Un grazie agli organizzatori e locals che hanno fatto un gran bel lavoro e ci hanno fatto passare un'ottimo weekend, ci si vede l'anno prossimo!!

Friday 29/05, at 14, I left the job, loading the bike in the car and leaving with Jack (Bisi) find Teo (Matthew Ganor) and Alo (Alessandro Bellusci), the crew leaving from Turin for this first edition of SLOPESTYLE photocontest of Pistino (http://www.slopestylephotocontest.com) ... After hundreds of 6 km, 6 liters of beer and a little more than 6 hours by car to arrive finally pistino already at night looks very promising ... After another couple of beers at the park chioschetto you go to rest and strength to resume the contest on Saturday! Despite little reassuring forecasts, the weather was right up at the end of the awards, thus, the perfect set of locals , the hit of the contest format hitherto unpublished in Italy (at least in the world of bikes!). The Pistino has met with all its thousands lines, all different and one of the other exploitable from any type of rider. From avid freerider dropponi to pure dirter ... After an afternoon of intense riding arrives awards. The hold up the crew of Turin sbancato the contest taking home the first (Alo) and second (Teo) placed between the photographers, also signed takes home the first prize among the riders! Best MTB and BMX trick for locals Simone Piceno and Fabio d'Alessandro. Thanks to the organizers and locals who have done a great job and we have passed a good weekend, see you next year!
